Anatoli Spivak
– Civil Engineer
Anatoli is a Civil Engineer with a vast experience in civil infrastructure & planning. For over 30 years he worked on megaprojects for Bechtel Corporation in the United States of America like Wheatstone LNG in Onslow, Australia as a construction superintendent and United Arab Emirates as a general superintendent.
Pandora Nicolaidou
– Architect/Civil Engineer
Pandora has 35 years of experience in architectural design and construction. Her passion is environmentally sustainable design/build of modern living spaces.
Alex Spivak
– Civil Engineer/ Site Engineer
Alex has worked for many years in the construction industry organizing construction engineering projects from conception to completion, utilizing engineering knowledge for construction project management; estimate timelines and schedules; anticipate risks and costs related to technical aspects of the project.
Mark Spivak
– Civil Engineer/Project Manager
Mark has worked for many years on engineering, construction and renovation projects. Always striving for perfection and efficiency in every process, he tries to incorporate as many tested and novel ideas as possible in your project.
Maria Spivak
– Architect/3D Specialist
With over a decade’s experience in the field of architecture and a strong background in 3D computer modeling, Maria can visualize any concept that requires presentation, before or during the project’s course.
OUR AWARDS
Awarded in Nicosia in 1995 by the late president of the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Glafkos Klirides to one of the founders of Spivakon Mr Christakis Nicolaides.
Awarded by Bechtel Corp. in 2019 to Anatoli Spivak for his 20 years of service
Pandora Nicolaidou was nominated for the ‘Best House Award’ in 2019 in the category ‘Best Russian interiors & architecture design’ for her contribution as an architect on the Amathus Villa project
